Chamasoft provides this software as a beta version without any warranties.

Users shall be bound to use the software only for commerccial purposes under a license by Digital vision East Africa Ltd.

I.YOUR OBLIGATIONS

1. Data uploads

Users shall be responsible for the data they upload. They should detest from using copyrighted material without consent from the owners.

2. General obligations

You must only use the Service and Website for Your own lawful internal business purposes, in accordance the Terms and conditions, inclusive of any notice sent by Chamasoft or condition posted on the Website. Group administrators may use the Service and Website on behalf of others or in order to provide services to other group members. They must ensure they do not contravene any of the terms and conditions for use or the privacy policy.

3. Access conditions

• a. In order to access their accounts, users must fill in their correct username and password combination in order to access their accounts
• b. Users who forget their passwords shall have temporary passwords generated and sent to their email accounts

• d. Users who do not have the correct password and username combination shall be denied access to Chamasoft accounts

  Users are restricted to access of various modules of the system depending on their access levels. Users shall only access modules, information or data processes depending on the privacy and access levels set.

  5. Communication Conditions:

  Users shall be held solely responsible for the information they communicate using the chamasoft service. It is the individual responsibility of each user to ensure they do not participate in unlawful practices.

  II.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  Title to, and all Intellectual Property Rights in the Services, the Website and any documentation relating to the Services remain the property of Chamasoft (or its licensors).

  For the third-party applications in use with the Services, the terms and conditions of set by the owner of the application shall apply.

  Individual data shall remain as the property of the owner individual and no access, copying, distribution, deletion or modification shall be done without the consent of the owner.

  Chamasoft shall not be liable for misuse of data used in any third-party applications deployed by the user.

  No warranties: Chamasoft gives no warranty about the Services. It does not warrant in either manner in indication or implied that the Services will meet your requirements or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose.

  II. TERMINATION

  Users who are found to have breached the terms and conditions or used the product for an illegal activity or in a manner that purports intentions to be malicious or cause any harm shall have their rights of access denied without prior notice and held accountable for any losses incurred.

  • • i. not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of Chamasoft system, its networks or computer systems.
    • ii. not use, or misuse, the Chamasoft system in any manner that suggests or aims at impairing the functionality of the Service, Website, or other systems directly or indirectly connected to its operations.
    • iii. not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any materials to which they have not been granted permissions to.
    • iv. not send, or input into the Website, any files that may cause damage and or malfunction of the service, devices connected to it or devices belonging to users of the service.
    • v. Not knowingly or unknowingly make modifications, copies, reproductions, or disassemble any computer programs used to deliver the Services or to operate the Website.
